 The ABF Sunday House Guest Cottage is the perfect getaway in our 'off season'. Located on the ABF grounds, you can rent this secluded cabin in a beautiful setting of barns, apple and peach orchards, acres of fields, ponds and wooded areas with trails.  The Sunday House is only available when there is not a scheduled wedding, therefore it is open for rental during any of the winter months and summer months of July and August.
Rates range $500 +  per stay (2 night minimum = $500, one week stay $1500+)

Rt 66 Farmhouse: Vacation Rental and / or Alternate Wedding Site Rental:
This 1800's Greek Revival is the perfect place to rent and have family stay while preparing for your event.  Sleeps up to 20 people, Catskill mountain views, 2 full kitchens, herb gardens and flower beds, all amenities (LCD TV's, stereo/dvd, wireless Internet access, 20x40 inground pool, washer/dryer, etc.), and with barns and parking all on site to host a pre or post event such as a BBQ or Brunch.  
Rates for wedding events at the Rt 66 Farmhouse start at $12K and go up depending on the options you select (see Availability, Rates, & Contact Information), but would exclude the ABF site & hayride .  In addition, rental of the 'Farmhouse' as a wedding venue/location would provide accommodations for up to 20 people in the starting price range.
