Welcome to the Apple Barn Farm Web site. We are the heart of the Hudson Valley

Just outside of Hudson NY on County Rt.10 Livingston - Only 2 1/2 Hours from NYC

Apple Barn Farm (ABF) is for people who want a unique and memorable location for their private event. This is an exclusive destination venue for a select number of clients each year that entertains up to 150 guests.

What makes ABF special:

The ABF grounds and barn are your personal playground for the entire day and evening.

The natural beauty of the barn and landscape provide hours of pure photojournalistic opportunities.

Choose to have your ceremony on site (see the many pictures for several options available) or in one of the nearby charming churches.

Event consulting support is included to ensure you have all the right information for a flawless event, all within your budget. We help you navigate through all the tough decisions to create your perfect event and provide an easy personalized itinerary to keep you on track.

We provide an array of local vendors with years of experience you can select from.

The vibrant and charming city of Hudson NY is just 10 minutes away, with as many B&B's, antique shops, galleries, and restaurants to keep even the most die-hard lover of NYC, or any other major metro area, thoroughly enchanted for the entire weekend.

The Hudson River Valley region nestled between the Catskill and Berkshire Mountains provide unlimited adventures for those seeking excitement outside of town.

We have rental property locations available nearby that provide the perfect solution for both the bride and grooms family (see Rentals & Optional Venue site link).

Prior to the event we offer the bride and groom one weekend (see Rentals & Optional Venue site) to stay at no cost while going through the planning process for the event.

Our staff is courteous, well groomed, and always ready to serve with a smile and the utmost professionalism.

Only 2.5 driving hours from NY and 50 minutes away from Albany International Airport . We are just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the typical, and yet just close enough to make it convenient for your guests to share in your special event.

Rates for a complete package (selecting vendors we can guarantee pricing with and have used in prior events) start from $18K and go up to $30K (details link Availability, Rates, & Contact Information).

ABF has two seasons, late spring/early summer and fall. Our season starts in late May (usually Memorial Day). We break after July 7th and then open for the beautiful autumn season starting in September and going through the second weekend in October.
